Yes! To avoid being charged, you will have to cancel your subscription before the billing cycle date. You can locate the date in your account setting under “Billing/Subscription”
Stay tuned for our Pre and Post Natal categories coming soon to The Body Lab! In the meantime, we recommend consulting with your health care practitioners about which exercises are safe for you.
You don’t need any experience to get started! Our classes always bring awareness to proper technique and form so that you stay safe and achieve optimal results. We move at a controlled pace to help you become familiar with the exercises.
We like using small weights ( between 1-3 lbs) and booty bands for more resistance and an extra burn! Ankle weights are optional in some classes as well. For our barre & ballet workouts we recommend using a sturdy chair, stool or table that reaches around the height of your elbow.
All of our workouts can be done without equipment! However certain exercises and movements can be intensified by using props if you choose! We recommend all our classes be done on a yoga mat.
